My name is Amy Weiss, and I’m a Seattle-based wedding and portrait photographer with a background in creative direction and visual storytelling. Before launching Amy Weiss Photography, I spent over a decade in the advertising world, honing my eye for style, composition, and brand-forward imagery.
Today, I work with modern couples, families, and lifestyle brands to create intentional, editorial-style photographs that feel both elevated and deeply personal. Whether it’s a wedding day, a family session, or branded content, my approach is candid and collaborative, rooted in capturing real moments with a refined, artful lens. I’m inspired by connection, nature, and chasing the kind of images that feel effortless and true; the ones that stop time in a way that feels both modern and nostalgic.
When I'm not photographing weddings, people, or the outdoors, I'm either on the hunt for another scenic experience in the Pacific Northwest, DIY-ing a project in my plant-filled home, experimenting with recipes, or exploring another alpine lake hiking trail.
From the start of my career, my goal has always been to help people and create art, which is why I love what I do.
